CANCELLATION POLICY AND MEMBERSHIP HOLDS (APPLIES TO ALL MEMBERSHIPS)

All membership plans will be drafted via auto pay with payments due on membership start date. Any termination of membership requires a 30 day emailed notice to info@empowerfitnessmaui.com. If your next billing cycle falls within that 30 day period, you are responsible for that payment. Membership holds require a 2 week notice and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
